We went back to the doctor today. They wanted to recheck her weight. They also wanted to get a urine collection so they tried a bag at first, but she just wouldn't ppe, so they did a catheter on her. Kiah also went on her first shopping trip.

Kiah smiled for the first time

Today we used a finger feeder with Kiah. We also went to the doctor for the first time. There was also our first La Leche league meeting. Kiah's Belly Button tore off today too. It was eventful.

We went to the doctor because Kiah was lousy at nursing and she was getting dehydrated. She had some brickdust in her diaper. They told us to start finger feeding her to help prevent nipple confusion and they also treated her belly button.

She weighed 6 lbs 12 oz today

Today Kiah had her first "manicure" and also had her first bottle. We also used a dropper to feed her too. She wasn't waking up to eat.

Home Sweet Home

We brought Kiah home today. Now it all begins!

Kiah wore an off-white onesie with a little bear and duckie on the chest.
