Kiah rolled from front to back

Weight Check

We had to switch doctors because we had to switch insurance because I quit my job. I think it was too hard on Kiah. Chris and my mom were watching her while I worked, but she wasn't eating... and I was getting nothing from pumping. They would bring Kiah to me at work to nurse some too. They asked me to work 4 weeks part time instead of 2 weeks full time when I gave my notice. It made it a bit easier for me.

Today she weighed 9 lbs 12 oz. I am hoping the drop was just the difference in scales. We are supposed to continue with solids and come back after Christmas.

We are heading to Utah to visit with Chris' parents (Gram and Papa)

Solids

Kiah ate her first solid foods today.... she had Lamb with lamb broth! I know it isn't the typical first food, but because she is having weight issues the doctor wanted us to start her on solids and she wanted us to start with high fat and protein foods... so lamb it was! SHe really liked it.

Weigth Check

We took Kiah back to the doctor today for another weight check. She was still only 10 lbs, so they want us to start her on solid foods.

Because she is so smiley and meeting all her milestones they aren't too worried.

Happy Thanksgiving

Today Kiah showed she was thankful for Feet. She grabbed them today

Kiah weighed 10 lbs again. We are to increase the number of nursings each day

24.25 in (90%) I don't think they did a very good job measuring
10 lbs (15%)

They want to see us back in 2 weeks to check her weight again since she didn't gain as much as they would have liked her too.
